BF series flotation machine is a kind of mechanical agitation flotation equipment, which is an upgraded version of SF type flotation machine, and is mainly used for the separation of minerals with large specific gravity such as iron ore. The main feature of the BF type flotation machine is that it maintains the advantages of the "A" type flotation machine for self-suction air and ore pulp. It has the characteristics of large air intake, low impeller peripheral speed, large gap between impeller and cover plate, and light wear. It can be used for metal ore (gold ore, silver ore, molybdenum ore, etc.), non-metallic ore (fluorite, quartzite, limestone, etc.) etc.) sorting and processing of materials. The use of this type of flotation machine can facilitate the layout of the process, and is especially suitable for small and medium-sized concentrators with complicated processes and a large number of separation stages.

It is equipped with liquid level automatic control and electric control device, which is easy to adjust and has a high degree of foam refinement, thus improving the flotation effect.
It has high separation precision and high yield, which is more advantageous for difficult coal separation. The ash content of clean coal is low, which can be reduced by 1%-2% compared with conventional mechanical flotation machines.
After the equipment is upgraded and improved, the structure is more reasonable, the floor area is small, and the investment cost is low. Compared with the conventional mechanical agitation flotation machine, it can save energy by 1/3-1/2, and the operating cost is low.
The impeller is always in the active state in the machine, which plays a role in removing accumulated material and sundries, reduces the phenomenon of damage to parts due to sundries, enhances wear resistance, and shortens the replacement cycle.
Add water and necessary chemicals to the ground ore during grinding or after grinding to make a slurry through the mixing tank, then pour it into the slurry tank that starts to stir, and introduce air into the slurry to form a large number of air bubbles, some of which are not easy to be absorbed by water. Wet mineral particles, generally called hydrophobic, are attached to the air bubbles and float to the surface of the pulp together with the air bubbles to form a layer of mineralized air bubbles. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water are generally called hydrophilic mineral particles. It does not attach to the air bubbles, but stays in the slurry, and discharges the mineralized air bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of ore dressing.
