The design of the mixing tank is compact, the internal structure gap is too small, it is not easy for dust to enter during work, and a gray baffle is set at the feeding port to effectively prevent the water mist from flowing back and the entry of sundries and dust.
The mixing blade adopts fan-shaped design, which increases the contact area with the medium during mixing, so as to achieve uniform mixing of materials.
The nozzles of the mixing bucket have multiple rows, and the water volume is uniform and adjustable, which is convenient and time-saving.
The mixing tank is driven by the V-belt drive of the motor to rotate the impeller. When the ore is ground or after grinding, add water and necessary medicaments to make a slurry through the mixing tank, then pour it into the slurry tank that starts to stir, and introduce air into the slurry to form a large number of air bubbles, some that are not easy to be wetted by water, that is, Mineral particles generally called hydrophobic are attached to the air bubbles and float to the surface of the pulp together with the air bubbles to form a layer of mineralized air bubbles. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water, which are generally called hydrophilic, do not attach to the air bubbles. On, and stay in the slurry, the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals are discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of ore dressing.
