The impeller of the flotation machine has backward inclined double-sided blades, which can realize double circulation of ore pulp in the tank, which is beneficial to the suspension of coarse minerals.
Each tank has triple functions of air suction, slurry suction and flotation. It is a self-contained flotation circuit without any auxiliary equipment. It is arranged horizontally and is convenient for process changes.
Mechanical stirring, self-absorption, self-absorption of pulp; the gap between the impeller and the cover plate is large, the suction capacity is large, and the energy consumption is small.
The peripheral speed of the impeller is low, and the wearing parts have a long service life; and there are high wear-resistant parts around the parts, which can effectively protect the tank body from wear and tear, and the maintenance cost is low.
Add water and necessary chemicals to the ground ore during grinding or after grinding to make a slurry through the mixing tank, then pour it into the slurry tank that starts to stir, and introduce air into the slurry to form a large number of air bubbles, some of which are not easy to be absorbed by water. Wet mineral particles, generally called hydrophobic, are attached to the air bubbles and float to the surface of the pulp together with the air bubbles to form a layer of mineralized air bubbles. Other mineral particles that are easily wetted by water are generally called hydrophilic mineral particles. It does not attach to the air bubbles, but stays in the slurry, and discharges the mineralized air bubbles containing specific minerals, so as to achieve the purpose of ore dressing.
