Adopting controllable feeding and discharging rod mill technology, combined with the actual grinding material and matching suitable grinding body, the grinding medium is in line contact with the ore, so that the output particle size is more uniform and the output is higher, which can be applied to ores with different hardness .
Built-in fineness control device, the granularity of the output can be changed through simple adjustments, and a screening device can be added to the output to ensure that neither over-grinding nor unqualified products will be mixed into the finished product.
Compared with the old equipment, it saves power by more than 40%, and contains less coarse particles and slime. When used for coarse grinding, the processing capacity of the rod mill is larger than that of the ball mill of the same specification.
There are two types of rod mills: dry type and wet type. Wet type rod mills can be divided into three types: overflow type rod mill, open type rod mill, and peripheral type rod mill according to the discharge method. Choose according to the actual situation.
When working, the cylinder is driven to rotate by the motor through the reducer and the surrounding large gears or the low-speed synchronous motor directly through the surrounding large gears. The cylinder is equipped with an appropriate grinding medium-steel rod, and the grinding medium is under centrifugal force. Under the action of friction and friction, it is lifted to a certain height and falls in the state of throwing or falling. The ground material enters the cylinder continuously from the feeding port, is crushed by the moving grinding medium, and passes through the overflow. The power of flow and continuous feeding will discharge the product out of the machine for the next stage of operation.
