Long cleaning cycle and low consumption

The cleaning of dust is carried out by pulse jetting with air stop in different chambers, and the purpose of thorough dust removal can be achieved by one blowing, so the cleaning cycle is prolonged, the energy consumption of dust cleaning is reduced, and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced.

Good sealing effect and low air leakage rate

The box body is all welded, adopts airtight design, and has good sealing performance. The inspection door is sealed with foam rubber, and kerosene is used to detect leaks during the production process, so the air leakage rate is very low.

Low component wear and long service life

The filter bag is made of polyester needle-punched felt, and the bag mouth is made of elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable; the dust removal frame adopts polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the frame and prolongs the life of the filter bag.

Optimized design, easy replacement of filter bags

Adopting the upper bag-pumping method, after the skeleton is pulled out when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the entrance hole, which improves the operating conditions of bag changing and facilitates loading and unloading.

Working Principle

When working, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upwards with the airflow turning, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust cleaning process is to cut off the air outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in a state of no air flow (stop the air and clean the dust in each room). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to carry out pulse jet soot cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after blowing settles to the ash hopper, preventing the dust from being attached to the airflow after leaving the surface of the filter bag. The surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag clean thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable pulse controller.
