The main part of the rotary dryer is mainly composed of cylinder, front roller ring, rear roller ring, gear, retaining roller; drag roller, pinion, discharge part, lifting plate, reducer, motor, hot air duct, feeding chute, Furnace and other parts. During the drying operation, when the temperature at the bottom of the rotary dryer equipment reaches 400°C-800°C, the material is fed from the feeding port by the elevator, and is dispersed, broken, and evenly distributed by the dispersing device under the action of gravity. It flows inside the rotary dryer (to ensure the heat exchange effect of the material inside the dryer). The hot gas is generated by the lower hot blast stove, moves from bottom to top, contacts with the material, and transfers heat to the material through heat conduction, convection, radiation and other ways, so that the temperature of the material continues to rise, and the water is continuously evaporated, meeting the water requirements The material is discharged from the lower outlet, and the gas with water vapor is drawn out by the fan through the chimney.
